Resignation of Mr. Stephan Wilcke.

The Hellenic Financial Stability Fund (HFSF) announces that today Tuesday
March 24th, 2015 Mr. Stephan Wilcke, Non Executive Member of the General
Council of the HFSF, submitted his resignation to the Minister of Finance,
which was accepted.
