Resignation of Mr. John Zafiriou.

The Hellenic Financial Stability Fund (HFSF) announces that today Wednesday
April 1st, 2015 Mr. John Zafiriou, Non-Executive Member of the General Council
of the HFSF, submitted his resignation to the Minister of Finance, which was
accepted.
